The Cannuli Family's Ricotta Cheese Pie

Ingredients

3 pounds ricotta cheese
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons flour
9 large eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
juice of 1/2 orange
the grated rind (peel, zest) of same
juice of 1/2 lemon
the grated rind (peel, zest) of same
1 shot whisky
1/2 pint sour cream
cooking spray for pan

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and sugar together. Add ricotta, flour, milk, vanilla, juice and zest, whiskey and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Spray pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
